Hi there, dear reader! So you've taken the time to read my little space on the internet and you want to know more about me? Well thank you for your interest!
My name is Sam and I'm reaching the end of my twenties. I have lived in London since I was 18. I grew up on the Isle of Wight and like to take a trip across the Solent every now and then to chill out and see the sea.
On 22 September 2012 (yep Bilbo and Frodo's birthday!) I married this handsome chap, Stuart;
I've shared this photo with you, not just because he is so dashing, but because he will probably feature a lot in this adventure, and sometimes it's nice to put a face to a name!
So why this blog? I've started this because I love the simple things in life, but I also want a bit of adventure. I love to get out and try new things, see new places and find out about the history of a what I am looking at, but oh so often I end up staying in and watching a good film. I need a firm kick up the backside sometimes to explore and be active so this blog is that firm foot, pushing me out the door! What's the point of a blog if you have nothing to show people? However that's not to say I won't stay in with a good film and some good food on a raining day!
